I'd have to ask myself if taking the immense amount of time it will take to find a person who is willing to work only a handful of hours a week, and is intelligent enough for me not to have to worry about pissing off/losing clients. Not to mention the time it will take to teach this person the way that you want things done, all while they are not face-to-face with you.
Have you thought about an intern? We use them quite a bit here. Have any local colleges/secondary schools in your area? That way, you get the best of both worlds: cheap labor and FACE time.
