In my experience Comcast customer service is good... but I've rarely needed
them (which is a good thing).

I've had to call to reprogram my remote (to add functions for the new
dual-tuner DVR the installer forgot to program) and, once, for my landlord (who
doesn't speak english) because he special ordered an Italian-only channel which
didn't show up for him. I also had to have a box replaced (the box had a bad
fan which whined like a sumanabitch).

In all cases service was pretty good.
