I can totally, whole-heatedly second this opinion. Body-for-LIFE totally
kicks ass. No voodoo potions or freaky food. They also do the 12 week
contest where you follow the program and transform your body. It totally
works... and is healthy.

We had a 12 week contest of 5 guys in my company on this program to see who
could get in the best shape. We did before and after pics, weighed in
before and after, and did "body fat %" measurements before and after. We
had a panel of 5 non-participants as judges. Everyone threw in $50 as
incentive. Winner took all. I lost about 15 lbs and two (almost three)
belt holes. EVERYONE looked totally better at the end of the contest. Also
felt better.
