How many of those were attacking Israeli troops or just people? Lots (most). How many were suicide bombers or other terrorists (some). Eating Pizza isn't a crime while shooting and stoning people is. When your under attack by a mob of a hundred stone throwing people, you have no choice but to shoot them. Rubber bullets do kill. The numbers do not show the WHY of the deaths, just that they happened. The story of each tells you everything. Lets look at two sniper events. One is a mother of 3 children killed as she's driving home, targeted because she has Israeli license plates and it s Jew. The other is a terrorist who was assassinated for plotting and carrying out terrorist attacks. 2 numbers, but waaaaay different. I don't see Israeli troops targeting Palestinian civilians but the opposite is not true. All Jews are considered "settlers" and are a target to the Palestinians. Don't believe me, just read their school books. Read their news papers. Listen to their broadcasts (in Arabic).
