Naw.....domestic dogs are people animals. They very quickly become dependent on their owner, and would be perfectly happy spending every waking hour with their owner, than be out hunting in a pack.
All dogs should learn to interact with other dogs, and play time with other dogs is valuable and rewarding for the animal. But there's no need to own two dogs just so your pet has a constant "playmate". Your time and love is all they need. > The one thing I know is that dogs are PACK animals.
