While I agree with you in principle, we're not talking idealism here.  This
is how politics works - internal secrets (NOT National Security secrets)
leaked here and there is part of it and is nothing new, nor is it even
criminal. Expecting something that is highly unrealistic to happen and then
making a stink about it when you don't get it is whining.

I think asking the federal gov't to be honest and truthful with the
American public goes beyond "whining"; especially since this president
specifically claimed he would be.

Violating the public trust from the podium of the Whitehouse is a BIG deal,
IMO.

That's a silly response.  The fact that leaks happen is true - do you
approve of them?  I don't.  If I hire a guy to run my security I don't
expect him to feel free to talk to the press about anything he wishes.
 This is the reason for the confidentiality agreement.

I don't like it when the President's policy advisor starts
moonlighting as the Whitehouse spokesperson.
