Wow. Not eating does nothing but burn up muscle! That sucks!
I would love to go up against some dude that hasn't eaten in a week or
two... chances are they have about 30 seconds of burst energy before
they catch a couple to the side of the head. LOL

LOL. What is the weight range for heavyweight? I'd like to drop down to
about 10% body fat and still be 210 lbs. Someday... I give in to sweets
too much... grrr :-)
