Interesting choice...  :^)

I think one of the biggest selling points of the PSX2, apart from the
success of the PSOne, was that it was backwards compatible.  Nintendo
have never provided this, and I wonder whether MS would offer this in
the future, knowing there lust for money, I suspect not... I feel pretty
comfortable expecting that most of my PSX2 games would have a good
chance of working on the PSX3.

MS's history alone makes me very dubious about the xbox.  It may have a
wonderful spec, but what sort of conditions are MS putting on the game
developers?  I hope it's not similar to the infamous browser/os
conditions put upon the PC suppliers!!  Also, MS have a habit of not
respecting customers when it comes to changes, upgrades, dropping of
products etc... so can you be certain that an investment in xbox is a
wise investment??  Why not just stick with a PC??
