Ahh... well, FIC has a very loose definition of "intentional
community" which includes any kind of co-housing, so the co-ops would
be included in that... that's why they end up being listed... the
printed directory is the size of a phone book for a moderately
populated town. It's certainly nothing like the 4-volume set of yellow
& white bricks for Dallas -- but it's roughly half the size of one of
those or similar to the Orlando yellow pages IIRC.

I wouldn't mind living in a co-op assuming it wasn't a drug-haven.
Although my ideal would be a place that's more rural and mostly
self-sustaining.
