Some more things: Security system comes with the house (brinks), though the monthlies are extra after first 3 months.
The AC is standard, and made for all the houses (we have one of the smaller houses in the area so I imagine it will be plenty big enough). The locks are changed with us present at closing and we are given the keys. From then on we have to let people in. We have a seperate curciut for a deep freeze in the garage. All our rooms will have cieling lights (which you can easily modify for a smal cieling fan, not 2 switches though...might look into that. That is with exception for the master bed and living room which both have 2 switches for the fan/light. The ganite counters were like 2k+ more and I don;t like them so no to the granite :) Some stuff people have not mentioned: The basement will have plumbing for a full bath and wetbar (wherever we want it and it can go...) We have tiling or something to that nature behind the sink, instead of something that could absorb water faster, plus it looks nicer. Stove Hood vents to outside instead of circulating through a filter. We have hardhats and are allowed to drop in to the site whenever we want. The builder offers (as part of the whole deal) 30 year structural warrenty (fully transferable) and 3 years warrenty on the applicances electric heating all that fun stuff. They also after unemployment protection If in the first 2 years (after the first 2 months) i loos my job they pay my house payements for 6 months.
