So just an FYI - the battery was NO better than my original battery. I've now been on hold for 40 minutes w/ Dell because the first operator mis-sent me to the wrong goddarned queue. If I could return the laptop, I would, I'm so pissed now. I've spent close to 10k with Dell in the last few years.
