I don't have one (damn) but I'm really becoming a huge fan of the modular power supplies out there: instead of a huge bundle wires, many of which you'll never use, you get a single power supply with a bunch of ports. Each port can be connected to a special power lead (so if you have SATA drives you can have those plugs without the molex connectors for example). If you're at all worried about keeping the inside of your case neat they're so just so very cool. As for MOBO mine's out of date, but I love it: the SOYO P41875P (the "Dragon 2" line). Four onboard IDE ports (two RAID) AND four onboard SATA ports. The board also has a shit-ton of USB ports, onboard Firewire and Ethernet. It also supports Soyo's "mega drive" internal memory card reader which can provide (depending on which one you get) two front-facing USB ports or a front-facing Firewire port. The onboard sound is pretty damn good as well. My board is AGP but I'd bet they have PCI-Express models available. Mine is also Intel but I believe they've a model of the board for AMD as well. The board just has nearly everything you could want. No PCI expansion needed.
