I knew a guy who had to be given cholesterol because his body didn't
produce enough.

But you know, potassium is something the body normally has -- and
needs -- (I believe banannas have a lot of it) but you can OD on
potassium too... and it's definately available in pills at the
pharmacy and I've heard of it being prescribed by dr's... so...
