It must be nice to think of oneself that way. It must be nice to not be able to view criticism objectively because one thinks onself superior and above criticism. History always repeats itself doesn't it. And the attitudes of people in the world are not much different now than when the first ships started delivering sugar to Europe from the 'new world' centuries ago.
