I wouldn't go that far.  Right now everyone is waiting to see what
happens so there's really nothing to oppose.  That is, you can't
oppose something that doesn't exist.

Essentially you've got 3 sides all waiting to see what happens with
the US giving them security to meet.  The outcome may be pro-US,
anti-US, or something in-between.

This is why you see the Whitehouse is re-defining the metrics for
success.  Not only has their military strategy failed (they've been
unable to secure the country), but their policial strategy is on life
support and is mostly out of hand.
