You've been reading way too many "Bushism" books. The president of the 
united states is probably forced to utter more publicly aired words than any 
other figure on the planet. While Bush has probably uttered a few more 
memorable slip-ups than most other presidents...and I get a kick out of 
reading them and think they are hilarious...to say that he has "proven on 
numerous occasions that his is not capable of producing reasonbly consistent 
communication" is just a RIDICULOUS statement.

Maybe you and the president have a severe language barrier, if you have 
trouble with every day English....but the rest of us pick up on what he's 
saying right away. "Severe language barrier"??? Yer off the deep end.....
