I know I sure as hell didn't sit stupid for 7 minutes. I had some people and things to lock down which I did the minute I heard about the first plane hitting via a phone call - my reaction was probably about 1.5-2 seconds versus Mr. Bush's 420. I also don't know ANY leader I respect that has ever taken more than 10 seconds to react when he's heard of any crisis, and I've been around a lot of crises. Let's try an analogy: "Brian, an aircraft has just crashed near your wife's work place." How long did it take you to move to action? 7 minutes? I doubt it. Character revealing moment. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~| Find out how CFTicket can increase your company's customer support efficiency by 100% http://www.houseoffusion.com/banners/view.cfm?bannerid=49 Message: http://www.houseoffusion.com/lists.cfm/link=i:5:170935 Archives: http://www.houseoffusion.com/cf_lists/threads.cfm/5 Subscription: http://www.houseoffusion.com/lists.cfm/link=s:5 Unsubscribe: http://www.houseoffusion.com/cf_lists/unsubscribe.cfm?user=11502.10531.5 Donations & Support: http://www.houseoffusion.com/tiny.cfm/54
