Yes, I get it.  No matter what you think, hate speech is protected by the 
Constitution here in the US.  The Internet doesn't belong to anybody.  
TOS/Yahoo/HOF has the right to take him down if they want, but it's suppression 
of free speech no matter what the content.

You're missing the point.
There is no democracy where Hate Speech is concerned.
It's against most laws and terms of service of using the Internet.
Including the ISP ToS, Yahoo ToS, GMail ToS.
