I was not aware that you can stand up in the middle of the streets and say kill all Jews in the United States. Or make a public statement and say Shoot the President in the US, as this is also 'freedom of speech'.
Saying 'shoot the niggers' or 'kill all blacks' is not having a point, or having an 'opinion'. Just as saying gas the jews, or kill the president is not having an opinion, it is Hate Speech.
