That is not true. You are not allowed to verbally threaten a person or a group. Speech that advocates the killing of another person can be considered a threat, and that is against the law...whether that person is the president or not.
The KKK is allowed to hold their rallies, and their marches, because they keep their rhetoric encouraging violence out of their public speeches and rallies. > Um, yea, that's what we're built on.
