The second statement will get you in trouble. That's a specific person you're talking about, whose life is protected by the Secret Service. I don't need to try anything in front of any police station. You're either for or against free speech. I know that there are situations where it is unlawful to say things that cause unlawful action to occur (a conspiracy), but this isn't one of them.
