It looked that way to me. Attacking me for (as you believe) voting for Bush.

Yes, it looks feeble. Looks can be deceiving and for a president, looks matter 
as much or even more than actual actions.

I'm not attempting to find a scapegoat, I'm saying that you should FIRST look 
at those directly responsable. Not once did you blame some of the police (200+) 
for running from their jobs instead of preventing crimes. You blamed Bush. Not 
once did you blame the city or state govenment for not busing people out. You 
blamed Bush. You went right for him rather than stopping to think that there 
are people closer to the problem who screwed up. I never said he was blameless. 
What I said time and again is that he's not the first person who should be 
blamed or even looked at.

You said it yourself, they asked for help. Of course, there is the FEMA mandate 
which is a great reason for them being there.
