Agreed. Lessons learned - nobody got the nursing home people out. Maybe 
forced evacuation was in order for some of the other people. It looks as 
thought they will have to go there anyway. There should have been buses 
available for people who wanted them. Much of this tragedy was highly 
preventable. Those that chose to stay should have sent their children away. 
Above all, they should have been working on the levees.
