I love the old saying, "If you want to make God laugh, tell him what
your plans are tomorrow."

Implicit in that gem is that, if you believe in God, you shouldn't
presume to have any great knowledge of the World or what's next.  So,
so many people don't understand that.

Who told these Bible folks to read the Bible in the first place?  God?
 No, they choose to or their parents or some person put it in their
hands.  So why would they presume that simply because they've read a
book other's say is the word of God that it really is?  Or that it's
to be taken literally.

Take anti-abortion activists.  They are the epitome of fools and
cowards.  Is it abortion that's the problem or unwanted pregnancy?  If
they had any intelligence or courage they'd attack the real problem
rather than the easy one.

Do you REALLY want to make God laugh?  Tell him you know his will.
