Reagan and Bush honest and trustworthy

What about the Tower Commission, Iran Contra (strict and willing
violation of US laws with the full knowledge of the sitting
president), the entire Nicaragua conflict, at one point Bush Sr. had 4
cabinet members under investigation.

And then there is Nixon...

Myself I think that the distrust started about 1650 or so.
