The funny thing is that the Russians don't care since we are going to give them the tech after we develop it. Besides, they have other things to worry about that developing more missiles. It seems the Europeans and the weenies <g> in congress are the only ones that care, and neither of them really matter, since we are not pointing nukes at them.
