So children of MW earners will be rubbing shoulders with kids of millionaires? Levels the playing field doesn't it. Question is will it bring the poor people up or the rich people down? Admission standards might keep the good schools up but those standards might open a whole new can of worms. Like prepping to meet the standards might be an expensive course or tutor. Just some quick thoughts.
