What policies? He didn't do anything! He never got health care passed, he did nothing to promote affirmative action like he said he would, he raised our taxes and allowed countless foreign governments access to our most sacred technologies. Oh sure he balanced the budget...with our asses!! I voted for him in '92 and was unable to vote in 96, but I would have voted for Dole. He screwed up THAT bad. It always baffled me how so many people were so easy on him. I could care less about Lewinsky, and all of his other floozies. I care about how he made every attempt to socialize our government.
