Well.. it has been three weeks and I have not been to the gym since. I can
not imagine doing a military press right now and I have already put on five
pounds. I guess I have to stop eating... :)

I guess it is time to find out how the bicycle works.. ;-)

I have one more PT session today. If no progess, then I have no other
choice...

What really sucks is that I just finished my scuba diving certification and
this happens... bummer
