Yeah, our HMO is great, no co-pays, we can pick our doctor, the eye and
dental riders are good.

Of course I happen to work at a place that has its own hospital and clinic
with some of the nation's top doctors and surgeons, and great facilities.

The cost is a bit high, for family members, I think I pay $200 a month for
my wife to get the HMO the Eye and the Dental coverage, but the insurance
covers everything.
