I had to call the insurance compay to get stuff authroized. Xray took a
week. Physical therapy took another week. PT was to be 8 sessions and they
only authorized 1 session. When the authorization was resent for the PT, the
doctor and I was given every excuse.. doctor faxed it to the wrong number,
we never received it, a nurse has to look at it, we are a week behind,
etc...

When they dragged their feet on the PT, I told them that I was going to have
more physical therapy and sue the insurance company in small claims court
for it. 30 minutes later, I go the authorization for more physical therapy.

But now, PT is not working. Going to need surgery according to the
othropedic. O well. The insurance will probably drag their feet with this
one. I will probably have the surgery in 2008.
