Sam, are you seriously defending Delay? This guy is the classic "became everything he opposed". He took a good idea, get-Republicans-into-office, and added "at any cost" to the end. The guy who paid those costs was Abrahoff in exchange for votes by Delay and others. How could anyone with any moral fiber possible defend Delay? Can he be proven guilty? Maybe, maybe not. Are the charges BS? Maybe, maybe not.
