One of my closest friends in High School got married had a kid and moved to Florida. Six months later he was in jail for beating his wife and daughter. Should I have gone to jail also?
The only think I see that DeLay did was to find a loophole in the system. Kind of like the loophole used by George Soros to spend $25 million for Kerry, I mean the guy running against Bush. See if he mentioned Kerry it would have been illegal. Moore did the same thing, ran a two-hour infomercial for the simple-minded to get the guy running against Bush elected. Guess who that was. Since there is no evidence and two juries refused to indict, I'm guessing this is politics. How about Al Gore and his envelope full of cash from the nun? That was illegal.
