Meaningless. The approval rating of the other Presidents has absolutely no relevance to the situation Shrub is currently experiencing.
Errors or malfeasance by anyone else does not give Shrub or his minions a get of jail free card. But just to use your numbers to put a finer point on Shrub's problems. Nixon was impeached. Carter was voted out of office. Clinton at his worse number is higher than Shrub is now.
