Huh ... I'm kind of on the bodybuilder diet but, as seen from my posts, I'm not following it too closely. It's based on the concept of nutrient timing - having the right macronutrients (proteins, carbs, fats) at the right time depending on your activity. What this breaks down to is *lots* of protein, good fats like omega-3s, and carbs broken into high GI and low GI. So, for example, mornings and pre/post workouts get high GI carbs like fruit juice or chocolate cake. Sedentary times get low GI carbs. The rest of your meal is lots of protein and a small amount of good fat. I'm also supposed to be doing the 6 meals thing, but couldn't stick with it either. Overall though it's working. I use Optimum 100% Natural Whey to supplement which helps out a lot with getting enough protein. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~| Discover CFTicket - The leading ColdFusion Help Desk and Trouble Ticket application http://www.houseoffusion.com/banners/view.cfm?bannerid=48 Message: http://www.houseoffusion.com/lists.cfm/link=i:5:182978 Archives: http://www.houseoffusion.com/cf_lists/threads.cfm/5 Subscription: http://www.houseoffusion.com/lists.cfm/link=s:5 Unsubscribe: http://www.houseoffusion.com/cf_lists/unsubscribe.cfm?user=89.70.5 Donations & Support: http://www.houseoffusion.com/tiny.cfm/54
