::nod:: there is the British system, yes. In terms of access to care, possibly better than both. Quality - have heard conflicting opinions. My own experiences with it were quite some time ago but were not terribly good, but Wayne seems very happy with what he has access too, dunno. Thsi may also be the difference between Wales and South London.
