Well the DC Metro area is expecting some snow! Ok, being from upstate NY myself, snow means nothing to me... I love it. The people around here however think that:
1. Pots and pans make good shovels. 2. Tucking your hands in your sweater sleeves make good gloves. 3. Having an SUV means you can drive 85 in 30 zones (as compared to 90 on non snow days). 4. Schools close before the first flurry falls. 5. Buying up all the water, TP, milk, eggs, and bread should ensure survival for at least 7 days until the city gets the plows out (remember we are expecting 3"!!!). I think I will take a couple vacation days and sit outside and watch the fun.
