Or they truly believe it's not their problem. Europe doesn't think that Iran can hit it with missiles (it can). Russia doesn't care which is why they just sold Iran a huge amount of anti-aircraft weapons. America is worried but can't do anything because of credibility and Iraq and the UN is totally worthless as usual. It'll come down to Israel saving the world from a nuclear Iran and being condemned for it again (they did it in the 80's with Iraq).
