The one thing that I notice about this thread thus far (aside from the anger) is that Wayne has (cleverly) yet to reply to the WWII question posed by Tim (assuming I didn't miss that reply). Tim asked two questions at the time and Wayne chose to answer the "easy" one and ignore the more difficult one.
- Was it ok in your mind for the US (England and others) to fight against Hitler at the time? Are those soldiers worthy of your respect? - I will take it a step further and ask a about a situation which closely mirrors 9-11 but has less political baggage, what would the US' proper response to Pearl Harbor have been in your opinion?
