And you'd define "terrorists" as? Because our government has variably defined them as those that kill Americans, those that sympathize with them, those that research them, those that have the same names as them, brown people, those that fly one-way a lot, and those that use illegal drugs of any kind. I'm pretty sure that kids that cheat on their SATs are included in there as well.
