Pointless.  Doesn't change the law Sam.  Doesn't amend the constitution.

Also as the hijackers you are talking about are not citizens IMHO
non-citizens don't have the same rights as citizens.  Personally I think
that you shouldn't have any expectation of privacy if your foreign.  But I'm
strange like that.
