Abso-phukkin-lutely man! Thats why you go to a judge, get a warrant, then eavesdrop to your hearts content. Why do you feel it is so necessary to skip that important check??? It is NOT hard to get a warrant...this administration has to have dozens of judges in their back pocket anyway, don't they?
