My wife is a receptionist with the company that I used to work for.... She calls me early this AM in tears, because she'd just been totally verbally abused by one of their customers... This isn't the first time this has happened.
My hands are tied, I really want to say something to this jackass (ok, I want to pound on him) but if I do she'll probably lose her job.
