That's pretty much it but I don't think Vader had much do to with the Clone Wars. By the time they start, the Emperor has already started or planned them. There is something they have always hinted to that the reason Anakin turned was because he felt Kenobi betrayed him in some way. This leads to the light saber fight they have and Anakin falling into the volcano, then becoming Vader.
