Apple is doing everything right including their pricing structure. Expecting them to bring down their prices wouldn't help anyone and I honestly feel would not help them get any more customers. It's like expecting BMW to bring down their prices just to be more price competitive, also like BMW owners you pay a premium for a more refined experience. You can't look at the mac in the same utilitarian way you'd think of a PC, otherwise we'd all be driving Kias just being content are cars were so inexpensive.
Apple should stick to their guns and gradually consumers will start to look over the fence and jump over to their side.
