I think we may have had some extra stuff thrown in. (pillows, discounts on protectants, etc) Not really large discounts "since their prices are so low".
The only problems we had were with their fekked-up delivery schedules. We usually just pick up the items from their on-site warehouse, but it may take a week or two for the furniture to arrive there. Then, it's usually a week after they say it will arrive. They did deliver our bedroom furniture and setup our king-size bed for us. I'm glad I didn't have to handle that stuff.
