replacing 4 DL380s (3 web servers 1 db) with 2 1850s (web servers) and 2 2850s for the DB, one "hot" and the other as backup/failover. The webservers will run in the same configuration, one "hot" accepting connections and the other in reserve. The DL380s will be relegated to development and perhaps run a backup on the DB... refit is going to cost ~US$16K with some extra network equipment and whatnot thrown in.
