If there is one other student in the school with the same or similar piercing then you have a case. I'd seriously consider moving her to another school, or at least out of this teacher's class.

Now, all of a sudden, it's a bad thing?) The suspension paper said she had to remove it before coming back to school. The guy who did the piercing said not to remove it for eight weeks. Well, that's still five weeks away. So, do we lose the $70 piercing or do we fight it? I, and my wife, are ready to fight this. I told my daughter to cover it with a small bandage, then tell them "it is taken care of", but not to lie and say she removed it. My daughter has had some problems with friends and got into some trouble. Her grades suck and she hates school. We finally got her interested in school again where she is studying like she has never studied before. Now, they kick her out of school for this crap. Are public school systems this fekked-up everywhere or just Warrick County, Indiana?
