Judge to US Prosecutor: You claim to have taped evidence from an intercepted phone call between OBL and a US citizen, where OBL admits to being the master mind of the destruction of the World Trade Center. US Prosecutor: Yes your honor, we tapped this person's phone and intercepted the call. Judge: I trust you have all of the proper warrants to show the court, I want a slam dunk in this case. US Prosecutor: uhmmmmm, no your honor, President Bush said we didn't need them. Judge: You realize that none of this is admissible in court.
