Actually, to be fair, I don't pay one penny for health care. It's a 
completely free benefit. It is for the whole family unless your spouse 
works, then there's a secondary coverage plan for the spouse.  However, you 
can elect to discontinue the spouse coverage altogether, and pay $150/month 
for the coverage via MS.  It's worth it, as EVERYTHING is paid for 100% 
in-network.
